    Beyond a largely symbolic petition, is there any other remedies MSU could seek? For example, if the SEC fails to satisfy your demands, could y'all appeal to Emmert (sp) and the NCAA?

    These petitions don't seem worthwhile to me, but it is extraordinary that the SEC would take an action that directly affects competition, especially based on unclear evidence.
