Clayborn, Cox expected to play vs LSU
Per Mullen press conference.

I saw that announcement on twitter, but I would be shocked it Cox plays. His hamstring injury just looked bad, but hopefully things are better now.

In other words, we are at full strength. Cox is fine guys. He made the trip and was cheering us on jumping up and down. He was held out of the USA game as a precaution. I think everyone jumped the gun on how serious the injury really was. Good deal, we need all hands on deck for a nice upset this upcoming weekend.

I feel a lot betterabout the LSU game now. Cox speed at saftey will be a big help. You know LSU will try to power run, but with our seconday showing some weaknesses, I'm sure they will go deep several times too.

Just heard Jiles confirmed done for the year

that's tough for him. hate to see him have another setback like that.

I missed that Clayborn was hurt. What was going on with him? Has that limited his time the whole year? Or did he come out of the game on Saturday?

Clayborn was out for his grandparents funeral.
Sucks about Jiles...guy can't catch a break.

Clayborn had a death in the family. He missed the last two games because of it. Death was two Fridays ago and the funeral was this past Saturday.

I agree it looked bad..but almost all hammies look bad, regardless of the severity. A charlie horse while in dead sprint is one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. I was fine a day later.

I had to have been a cramp. You can't recover from a hamstring that quickly. People said he was on the sidelines Saturday jumping around. Couldn't have been a hammy

If you have ever run track or played football in the heat, then you've experienced a hammie cramp. They suck balls.

I was returning a kick in high school and caught a cramp about 15 yards in and just locked up an fell. It was awful.

There must have been about a 99% chance of this being the case all along or JRob would not have taken his number.

During a timeout Saturday I noticed Cox run pretty fast down the sideline and around to the locker room. Not really sure why he headed in there during the game, but he looked %100.

You can have a 13 on offense and defense. Remember the Lil Knem situation. So that probly didn't matter
