    2 Things that Show Our Perception Nationally has Improved:

    1. The Allstate commercial with the kid in the back of the van ringing a cowbell. We never get on national commercials like that. I love that commercial.

    2. We have fans in the most recent College Football Playoff Commercial.

    Look, I agree that our perception as a program is lackluster and that Dan could do a better job of "polishing" it, but we do have some good things going on.

    I seem to recall hearing a while back that either a big wig at either Allstate or their advertizing company was an MSU alumnus.
