We have 310 yards of total offense. We've been doing fine there but the problem is that we've set the defense up in a couple bad positions and we've let the 2nd team defense play too much. They haven't gotten into a rhythm and you can see that by how we've covered and how we've tackled. McKinney doesn't look good today but Benny Benny Brown sure as hell does. Secondary doesn't seem too confident today. And special teams outside of Graham blows. Overall a shit game but I think if Dak stays in and plays the rest of the game and the first team defense plays most of the second half we will blow them away.

I will give Mullen a pass this one time because depth is so very important. I think he hung with his get everybody reps game plan too long. I understand why he did what he did with the QB reps ( I guess I'm the only one). Damien clearly needs reps. Dak looks out of whack yes but my concern is the number of full personnel changes on defense. This seems to have been the game plan from the beginning and UAB has made it too close to continue swapping out as much on both sides. We need our second teamers to be ready for LSU because we are going to need them. If you look at LSU last year our 1st teamers just got worn down. We need quality 2nd team on both sides but Mullen has to find a better balance and way to do it.

There is a time to play 2nd teamers and the 2nd series isn't it. The early QB change is brutally stupid any day any time.

The funny thing though I think from this game as well is all the injured players rumors were saying they would miss various weeks due to injury have all played. Dak doesn't look hurt at all either that or he is one tough son of a bitch hehe.
