    Football News...

    Not to rain on our Title run, but Ricco Sanders is off the team and Chris Hughes is suspended indefinitely...
    Any idea what they did?

    Rico probably just got cut....

    As for Hughes he has been in trouble since he got here. It won't hurt us at all since our depth at those positions is significant. I doubt either contributed at all this year.

    Just opens up another spot this signing day.

    This what a lot of people call "good attrition".

    They're both seniors, right? Those spots are are already open for this upcoming class, I would've thought.

    I believe they are both seniors, because Chris played starting in 2010. So it doesn't really hurt, but it doesn't help with scholarships either.

    Doesn't matter one bit. Ricco couldn't catch and was not going to touch the field this yr. Hughes haven't done anything at all. No worries.

    Think Hughes had another run in with the law. Don't know specifics, but that's what I was told.

    Wish them both the best. Hate to see kids lose their last year suddenly like that. Hopefully they can get on and get snaps somewhere else.

    Hadad on BSR pointed out that MSU released this news not only on a Friday, but during our CWS game with OSU.

    Now that's some BCS championship level media relations.

    If our depth at WR is such that we can afford to lose Ricco Sanders, then I'm more wooly than I was before about our team this upcoming season.
