    New MSU banners

    Any of you guys know how much it cost to have your name on one of the new banners in the stadium?

    I may be old school, but selling banners seems to be a bit crass. I can see bricks, and other means, but normally banners are of athletic achievements.

    I think the banners may have been tied to giving the 5 year pledge to TTF -- but I'm not sure on that. I do know that you can't give for one through the "naming opportunities" link on the Bulldog Club website...

    Banners cost money. People have given money to cover their cost and to show the world that they have given money to the university. We need to use our funds for more important things, like building the next facility that can be used to sell things to raise even more money.

    More power to Scott. I would like to add, the names do not have to be that big though.
