Are there any OM players you root for?
I'm not saying root for their team. I'm saying individual guys that you like. For me, I root for DT Shakelford. Kid is a class act who has battled through 2 career ending type injuries. Next would be Shawn Rawlings b/c he's from the mean streets of Madison but I doubt he plays this year.

DT for sure. No way in hell I pull Rawlings. I also pull for Channing Ward now that he's not good (if he would've panned out I'd be seriously bitter) b/c my Dad is from Aberdeen.

I respected Moncrief just because he seemed like a hard working team first guy on a team full of thugs. Doesn't mean I rooted for him though. I didn't care if he caught a single pass. DT is a situation like Griffin It sounds like so you wish him the best but I bet not a single one of their douche fans would pull for Griffin.

It's hard to pull for Tee with the signing day stuff, but it's also easy to pull for someone playing D1 football with a disability. That's deserves my respect. So I suppose I pull for him in every game that isn't against us, and we whoop his ass when we do see him. But, like I said, kid has my respect

There are a few kids on their baseball team that I like seeing do well, but in the context of Ole Miss losing.

Um, no. I respect somebody like DT for battling. As a diehard State fan, I can't see me actively "rooting" for a rebelbearshark.

Oh and I pull for Kimchee and that little blonde headed boy he took the dong picture with to make it. It's his first college love so it's likely to flame out- but one can always hope young love perseveres

I root for my SP boyz, Gross & Conner. Always like seeing home town guys do well. I want them to do as well as possible while TSUN is getting beaten 75-0.

Actually, I take that back, I'm rooting for those 4 Humpty Dumpty OLinemen to make their way onto the field on Thanksgiving.
