Chip Caray say Fredi is NL manager of the year
said he's still tied for 1st with injuries to the pitching staff, to the catcher, issues with the left side of the pen, dealing with issues at 2nd and an overpaid CF... and still pushing to win the division.

Not sure I believe that, but roger McDowell is the best the best pitching coach in mlb IMO. What he does with guys that shouldn't be good is miraculous. If only he can get minor right now.

Plenty of time to go on a losing skid.
Also, not like the nats have been a model of health. Gio, Harper, Zimmerman, Ramos, and laroche are all good starters that have spent varying amount of time on the DL.

Manager of the year is Ron Roenicke IMO. 1st place in the toughest division in baseball. He's done a great job so far

Dunno if he's MotY or not, but for all his flaws and the hell we give him, Fredi is a pretty damn good manager. He drives me nuts sometimes, but we're winning. Kinda like Cohen. But we could definitely do a lot worse than Fredi, that's for damn sure.

Chip Caray is a homer and a moron. Listening to him call games is excrutiating.
The Braves are near first because they play in the worst division in baseball this year.
