Okay. If one of you really wants your own team, you can have Burnley. If not, I'll keep them. I'll still try to do a weekly recap or league overview of teams and players who did well and didn't

I thought each owner was supposed to do the write up each week? No?
61, why don't you explain how this deal is going to go. How often are we updating? Will it all be in one thread? What all are we keeping up with? Etc

Yes they are. I meant that on top of each person doing their team I will do one from a league wide view

Both of you are at Manchester city. If one of you really wants your own team, you can have Burnley (currently mine) and I will take care of updating standings and recaps

I second this website. Used it to watch both legs of the Portugal vs Sweden playoff for the WC and some of the Champions League games.

It can be a write up or a highlight video or a copy pasted article or a new song or something funny. Nothing set in stone. Just make an appearance in the thread and contribute anything you'd like. There can be multiple owners because they each will contribute in their own way. The more the merrier in my book. Oh and let's try to keep it all in that one thread per each week so we don't annoy the non-soccer fans too much.

I wouldn't mind having my own team. Best way to learn is jump in with no floaties, but I don't wanna take your team. We can wait and see if we get 19 more folks. Unless the next 20 take another league. I figure Brad will probably do the more reputable work and I'll be more the ugly American. So, I'm the hooligan?

Haha that's fine. Just offering since you aren't a big fan like I am and maybe having a team would help, but I don't care either way. Doubt we get 19 more people tho

Anyone else wants in I am taking more names. 19 spots left. I welcome another Tottenham Hotspur owner.

West Ham has the infamous Green Street Hooligans. They are known more for their illegal activities off the field than the teams on field play. Sounds like a perfect match for me!

If we don't get another 20 people but have more people that want to participate we could assign 1 or 2 people per league to La Liga, Bundaliga, Ligue 1, and Serie A (Spanish, German, French, and Italian leagues respectively). They can give standings, updates and news for the league as a whole. Then we can have another person that keeps up with Americans playing in Europe.
I don't know if people would be interested in all those other leagues, but if they are, that could give another 4-8 people something to do

I've volunteered to update La Liga since I'm a Real Madrid fan. I'll take care of that.
And yes, beer Farley. For those who haven't, go watch the movie green street hooligans. Obviously it's a movie but it'll give you a pretty accurate idea of their fan groups. Also, it's a realllllly good movie anyways, soccer fan or not

Hahahahahaha I got QPR. We're back in, baby! Barely managed to squeak through into promotion after one season out.
QPR_Logo (1).jpg
We play at Loftus Road, and our only rival currently in the Premier League is Chelsea, which should go just swimmingly for us. Prepare to get destroyed, Big4Dawg! We and old-as-dirt Shaun Wright-Phillips are coming for you. Hopefully we bring World Cup hero Julio Cesar back from loan to Toronto FC to save us from 2010 England goat Robert Green.
Try to match this for excitement and drama, though:

Alright so my team isn't as bad as I originally thought. Tottenham finished 6th last year and has at least one bad ass in Emmanuel Adebayor. Clint Dempsey played for them previously before moving to the Seattle Sounders.

I watche QPR's promotion game live. It was insane. And dawgs61, Tottenham is one of the better teams. They aren't a title challenger, but they are one rung below it. They'll occasionally make a push, and have a rich history, but they just haven't won trophies in recent history
