At what point will all the pitchers in the CWS realize that the only way a team is going to put up runs on you in this park is if you give them walks? UCLA figured this out pretty damn quick last year, and that's how they won the whole damn thing.
Just don't put runners on base for free. It's really that simple.

That's why you just can't walk people here.
You might give up a single every once in a while at TD Ameritrade, but team's can't string extra-base hits together here. The only way anyone can score more than a couple of runs/game is for the other team to commit errors or put men on base for free.

Did you hear the announcers last night talking about how UCLA probably wasnt the best team last year, they were just the best for the park. That just cheapens the whole tournament to me.
