    I thought the same thing but it's been rumored that he may leave and it's

    well known that he hasn't been happy.

    I doubt he leaves. A kid that was raised in a MSU household and asks the coaches to pitch to help the team in anyway doesn't sound like a quiter.

    I agree if he focuses on pitching only the offseason he could be pretty good.

    A lot of people forget that he pitched a good bit two years ago as a frosh and

    while I don't know the exact numbers, he had an ERA around 3 and pitched well.

    He isn't transferring. And outside of message boards, there has been no rumors. Norris can help us next year. If he works hard this offseason, he could work himself in to a potential draft prospect

    Drafted by the Rangers in the 46th round. Here are his frosh. pitching numbers......

    Also posted a 2-0 pitching record with a save with a 3.20 earned run average and held opponents to a .213 batting average, second-best on the staff • Earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors twice (Feb. 20 and Mar. 28), starring on opening weekend against Akron and Lamar and later against Auburn • Registered 19 strikeouts in 25.1 innings of mound duty •
