So booth is a 3 batter max pitcher. Good to know and safe spot to learn how he does against good competition. Sucks to use an inning of Gleason but let's get the W.

They are using the marginal players. For experience. Now Gleason, so he is expected to end this game.

By the way UCLA hits HRs too.

People are going to see Bauer's 22 ERA and 400 batting average against, there won't be a Portal bidding war.
You have to invest in the development

Not going to use the BP guys versus UCLA. But let hope they think Parker is going roll out Bauer and Booth in the 8th and 9th inning tomorrow

I’m pretty sure that we will pitch them with a “different” pitching staff. We are shuffling pitchers vs an ACC opponent up by 10-11 runs twice to kind of see where these guys might fit in during the season. We’ve never done this in a long, long time. Tomorrow will be a completely different approach.

Name how many batters that Booth faced in the first 10 games. I'll give you a hint - he allowed more HRs than the answer.
Same as using Maddox Miller yesterday. Learning things about these guys. Learned Booth can melt down when faced with adversity. Learned Miller can bounce back. They are not in the top 10 in our stable.
McP
Tito
Foster
Stone
Gleason
Davis
Kirk?
Sweeney
Webb
Pitzer
Logar

The ones below we're trying to understand how much we can / can't use them
Miller
Billingsley
Booth
Bauer
Beliveau
Rhodes

Sipping his rocks margarita as the last out is recorded, he whispered ever so softly that no one else could hear, "this team is scary 17ing good".

Unpopular opinion, FloTV cameras and coverage is better than ESPN. Now, Flo could tell us who is at bat more often. They could give us season stats and game stats for batters and pitchers. But?. The damn cameras were nice.
It was nice to see us in 1080p resolution at a minimum.

It's a HUUUUGE improvement over what they have been in the past.

If we win tomorrow, the wool would be thick to epic proportions

Oak did not mention Foster when talking about his arms tomorrow. Davis & Stone might be the move tomorrow. Move Foster to midweek.

MLB park has top tier cameras. I wouldn't read that as Flo is better than ESPN. Check them on even playing ground.

No. Not better than ESPN. Just miles ahead of what Flo has been in the past. And that's not saying a lot because they were TERRIBLE.

Foster is not ready to start versus mid-majors at home. He can't start versus SEC or ranked teams.

Freshmen or not, up 10 or not, I don't care. I'm sick of giving up 3-5 runs in the 8-9th innings. Hopefully that shit is over soon.

You have to look at who is pitching. We were up 10, so there was room to trot those guys out.
