Is it time to be worried about him? His sec stats are bad
Hub is a volume shooter. His stats would usually be 8-25 from the 3.

18/65 (.277) in sec play from 3
Since he shot 35.3% from 3 vs Texas in game 1, he's shot 30.0 or better one... 3/10. The other 6 games he's been at 25% or worse.

Meanwhile when he drives to the basket he ids a foul magnet and has a 80% chance of making the old fashioned 3, well except against OM. Epps is our 3 point shooter.

Looking at our schedule, I think we have a decent shot at our 6th straight 8-10 season, assuming we can beat bad teams on the road like we have already this year. Unlike the last 3 years, we won't even be close to a bubble team with that record though.

If we play complimentary basketball with McGee and Ballard having more games like this then we will be competitive. Hubb had alot of pressure taken off of him tonight and we need more of this play.

You guys can rationalize this team, the season, blah, blah, blah. In Jans tenure here there?s one constant, and that is there?s NO OFFENSE! We depend on guard play in a three man perimeter weave, and our bigs are expected to rebound, put back, or kick it back out to run the same BULLSHIT ?offense? which is offensive to anyone with a mediocre basketball IQ. Jans is not an SEC coach. He?s a mid-level coach that has no business here. We can?t shoot free throws, which is another constant with Jans? teams. For God?s sake, Cam Matthews brought the ball up the court 70-80% of the time, and he was horrible from the charity stripe. The only kids that would come here are street ballers that have low IQs. Win, lose, or draw, I can?t watch our basketball team, and neither can our fans. Thus, the empty seats at the Hump. His ass will be pretty damn warm after this season. We live in the world of ?what are you doing for me now!?, not ?what you did for me in the past!?. **** basketball, which I love, but baseball season can?t start fast enough for me! (Please don?t shit the bed BOC)

agree with a lot...my only question is when have we ever been good at shooting free throws?

free throw shooting is taught at a young age

Their coach is not a SEC caliber coach. I’m shocked they kept him another year. I suspect LSU, USCe and Oklahoma all have new coaches next year. Gates and Jans will be feeling some heat if they don’t make the tournament but I suspect everyone else will be safe barring a free fall this year from another team.

Programs like LSU normally don't stay down long in the major sports....football, basketball, and baseball. Most time it's a beat them why you can thing unless you can extend your level of play or better over multiple seasons.

Lane Kiffen already has LSU with the #1 portal class for 2026. Also, Kim Mulkey has been regularly bringing in some of best talent in the country for LSU's women's team.

I have no idea. Until he actually plays, I won't say he's a must

He had the #9 signing class at one time before the portal. Not sure what they ended up at when the portal opened.

LSU is already talking about bringing Will Wade back.
Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

Tee Bartlett needs to get back in shape if he wants to play basketball at all before he even thinks about being able to transfer anywhere. If he is not conditioned then a D2 school won’t even want him. And 34 that is not surprising at all I would actually be surprised if he is not coaching there next year

I mean that's what was basically the final straw for Scott Woodward. Jeff Landry wanted him to hire back Will Wade, and to fire McMahon, and he wouldn't do it.
