State folks are pissed and deservedly so because our administration has done nothing but flop after flop with athletics. O?Conner better be the greatest coach in the history of the school because everything else going back to about the year or so stretch where Keenum wouldn?t even hire an AD has been a disaster. Ok sorry, let me edit it to make you happy. Our admins don?t have the balls to stand up to our boosters who have made one flop after another happen. The difference in these magical boosters and admins is this, the boosters name ain?t on anything. Keenums is. You should know that shouldn?t you

To me the biggest difference between MSU and Ole Miss boosters is MSU boosters have historically focused much more on the coaches and making sure they have coaches in place that give them access whereas Ole Miss has always focused on the getting better players.

Now, maybe that is changing but running a SEC team like a local high school team has consequences.

Blaming the fans is misplaced. Now I do agree we have the most feel sorry for me culture as fans which drives me insane.

The problem was created by the big time football schools starting an arms race and letting the little guys (Texas Tech, etc) figure out they could do it too. Then this bled to all sports
