Well good thing about the new college sports is we can reshuffle the deck as soon as this season ends. I'd be playing grace, Davis-Fleming, and any young guys with potential to see who is worth keeping. Hubbard is overpaid

Eh maybe. We have 14 total ncaa appearances all time, and Jans has 3 of them. Only 1 other time in our history did we make the tourney 3 times in a row. This season sucks, but to act like Jans sucks is just stupid. I have faith we will be dancing again next season.

Jans has underperformed relative to the salary he and his team is paid.
Measuring him against historical context is ignoring that he's the only coach in our history where we've had NIL. How many SEC coaches are employed without a win in the tournament across 4 years?

Moser - OU (who sucks and will be fired)
White - Georgia (getting restless here and they upped NIL in a prove it or lose it 4th year)
Paris - SCar (they've bottomed out in apathy, likely fired after his fourth year)
The other 3 guys in Jans similar situation are feeling immensely hot seats. Why is Jans cool as a cucumber?
