    No. They are well managed and know how to seize opportunities when presented. They also have administrators and boosters that are forward thinking and not afraid to get a little dirty to get the players they need. Additionally, they have boosters with money and all of States boosters are poor or just care about a club sport.

    But, hey, maybe State will win the Morality Bowl one day hahahahaha
