Men's Basketball Victory over Texsa on the road. First win against them since 1977

    Hail ****ing state.

Hubbard with 38. Epps with 27. Achor with a double double. BWalk provided pivotal minutes. Sergej played solid minutes.

Not sure how repeatable this offensive output is. But if Epps is taking a step to becoming a 20 ppg player and Hubbard scores 30 ppg in sec play - we will be formidable.

This would be a hell of a coaching turnaround to have figured out the lineups.

Jones needs to play shorter stints. No more than 4 minutes at a time - ideally when we have 4 scores out there with him. He can't be out there with Ballard / Davis-Fleming / whichever of the 3 Guards aren't scoring (McGhee tonight).

Walker earned some more run. Ballard was pedestrian. Davis Fleming was young. Achor Achor with great minutes.

Maybe this season isn't loss. Maybe I'm just fickle and reactive. We've got the roster and talent to compete - Jans is starting to stir a little better. Fee more tweaks and we could go good to great. Would love if McGhee / Achor / Macura hit open 3 looks to open up the lane a little more.

Epps really ****ing stepped up. He and Hubbard are a formidable duo.

Josh is the best scorer in the SEC - maybe the country. Good lord some of the big dick 3s he hit.

Maybe we'll have a sport that makes me not hate myself.

This team is showing potential. They are beginning to gel some it seems.

As great as Hubbard is I think he can be a little more selective with his shots since Epps is also a scoring threat.
Achor has played well the last three games. Hopefully he keeps it up.
Jones gave us what we needed from him most of the game and made some boneheaded plays late.
The SEC is not nearly as strong as last year. Hopefully we can keep improving and finish above .500 to give ourselves a shot at the tourney.
