Michigan is about as Blue as a Blue Blood can be. They also have more money that any 3 or 4 SEC teams combined. Tom Brady and Dave Portnoy can get them any number of coaches. Even DeBore would jump to Michigan.
Oregon is about to lose their coach as soon as they are eliminated.
?Tom Brady and Dave Portnoy?
I think you misspelled Larry Ellison, whose wife is a Michigan alum. They are the reason Bryce Underwood is at Michigan and that their NIL is what it is.
Lanning isn?t going anywhere. Oregon/Nike money is greater than bama money.

It is undefeated and it is always the blonde white bunnies. Blondes really does have most fun.

So you are saying that Michigan has more money than Texas, Texas A&M, Florida, and LSU COMBINED?

Phil Knight will money whip whoever he has to just to say he did it. Portnoy and Brady don't hold a candle to Phil. Larry Ellison has more money, but he's not willing to spend the amount Phil would pay to keep Lanning in Eugene.
Michigan may be a blue blood, but this is a terrible time to be trying to hire a coach.

I'll probably get blasted for this -
But Michigan is the 2nd most over-rated "blueblood" program in the country (slightly behind Notre Dame).
For all their hype, they have a total of 3 Natty's since WWII - and 1 of those was in 1948. Bo Schembechler feasted on a weak Big10 for decades and had a ton of 10 win seasons and never won a game that mattered.
If Harbaugh hadn't been their QB and wanted to say he won a Natty there, they would still wandering around with coaches like Brady Hoke and Rich Rod.
"After dealing with Ole Miss for over a year," he said, "I've learned to expect their leadership to do and say things that the leadership at other Division I schools would never consider doing and to justify their actions by reminding themselves that "We're Ole Miss.""

You will not get blasted by me. I wholeheartedly agree.

So it looks like this came to light over the summer and MI investigated it but they both denied the affair happening. Seems he became more unhinged and some possible stalking led to the staffer finally coming forward the morning of the firing to administration with all the evidence and text messages. So that paints a much clearer picture of the timeline and why MI could not act sooner, no direct evidence at the time.

wonder where Moore resurfaces to rejuvenate his career?

After this stuff, this guy is going to be extremely lucky to stay out of jail. I think his coaching career is probably done. Mel Tucker still hasn't coached since he was let go at Michigan St for like a 1/10th of what Moore did.

Does the AD approve all pay increases in the department, such as a 50% pay increase by a HC to a blonde female staffer?
From reading sounds like the AD last summer asked them "anything going on? no? ok then, investigation over"
Just me here, and I run a company, but that might......maybe... be a little red flag***
