    OleMiss playing the victim role

Screw them. I find it hilarious how they?re trying to smear Lane with all of these supposed secret emails etc but we?re willing to keep them hidden as long as he was their coach.

Speaks more about them than it does him.

**** those wannabe elitists right in this ass. I?m finding myself cheering for Kiffin now.

I understand that they're upset. I get it. I was the same way when Mullen left. However, they should be grateful for the last 6 years because I can guarantee they won't see that type of run again for a long, long time. They think Pete is their new savior but I've got news for them. One man does make a difference, just ask Alabama fans. Pete Golding isn't Lane Kiffin. He's not going to be the media darling, etc. Hell, just look at the guys hair. What an effing mess. Reminds me of this:

I'm not sure anyone can be more stereotypical Ole Miss in his appearance than Pete Golding.

And even he realized he needed to get his ass out of it once NIL came in because he would no longer be able to dominate and win titles

Some of the stuff that is now coming out about Lane is hilarious. I'm honestly impressed they were able to keep a lot of it hidden and under wraps. The guy was obsessed with his 20 something year old gf and during breaks with her he was hitting on sorority girls. Also, Layla moving to Oxford was never anything more than her being close to Knox. I always found it funny that people were saying they were back together and I'd see Lane in Dallas looking for his gf.

But what does it say about OleMiss? To me they’re worse than him because they were willing to cover it up for their own good.
Lane was just being who he is, like it or hate it.

There is a reason he never had a chance in Hades of landing the Alabama job.

I said the same thing. I asked one OM fan yesterday what they honestly expected when they were complaining about it. I vividly remember bringing up the stuff at Bama and some FAU stuff to an OM Booster that I heard when OM hired him. His response, " I don't give a 17. Drop 50 on people and we'll open the sorority houses for him."

That was their mentality and if Lane was still here, it'd still be their mentality. It's only changed and is now a problem because Lane isn't there.

At least not until a couple of boosters at Bama have passed.

I don't care if that's how they thought. But don't change up now and act like you were duped by Kiffin. The guy was downing 9-10 G&T's a night at The Grillehouse when he first got there and was drinking. He was also bagging sorority girls left and right. Like this has been a thing since Day 1.

Yeah. They blamed the loss to Kentucky last year on Lane being depressed over his girlfriend dumping him. LOL.

Alabama was not interested in Lane because of drama like this. He is more an Ole Miss/LSU/Auburn type fit. I am pretty sure this is why he was never considered for Bama or Texas and he would not be considered for UGA if Kirby ever went to the NFL either.
