Not going to lie, kind of jealous LSU can buy off BK and then snake LK away from OM and FL plus pony up $25 mil for NIL.

Ole Miss promotes DC, and doubles the pay of offensive staff to keep continuity.

It may fall flat on them in a year, but they went all in, and kept their boosters fired up doing it. Checked all boxes.
So let me understand; OM does it and it is the greatest move ever. We do it and everyone says we are slow, stupid and a loser?

Let's be real. Even their fanbase doesn't believe that shit, much less anybody else.

I would take Arnett back today as DC, but rushing him into being a head coach was a mistake. I feel OM is making the same mistake.

I really don't think their plan is to keep Golding as HC. Maybe they do, but I think it's just to
    A) Keep the team together as much as possible.
    B) I think it's a ploy toward the playoffs committee. It "looks" better to have a "permanent" HC instead of an interim.

I could be wrong. I haven't seen anything contract wise between them. If they come out with a 3 year contract then of course I'd be wrong. But I'm gonna say they don't do a 2 or 3 year deal with him.

They're saying it's permanent. They panicked. We'll see how long he lasts there.

And they were planning on keeping the offensive staff. Half of them went with Kiffin. And I have to think that if Judge can get a head coaching job somewhere like Tulane he is going to take it too.

I wonder why they went with Golding instead of Judge? I figured he was gone after I seen Golding got the gig.

    I don't know.

I think Judge wants to coach at MSU one day. If they lost him to us their egos would be like today. Plus Judge probably knew that if he took their job he might not be able to come here because we have some fans that might not like it too.

Maybe he isn't ready for an SEC job esp having to replicate the Success of LK. Heck better to be Bob Tyler than Bruiser Kinnard.
