Don't fall for the Ole Miss spin on this....
They are all in joint force throwing Kiffin out as the guy burning it down on the way out, but make no mistake this is all a product of a fanbase and program that thinks they are better than they really are.
You think Tuberville's exit, Nutt's exit, The Freeze saga, Tunsil, etc....is all just bad things that coincidentally happen to Ole Miss? No, it's all a byproduct of ego's that don't match the actual worth of the program.
They can't accept that even with money equal, their best season, a possible SECCG appearance until last night, playoffs, etc.....Kiffin STILL wants out of that place, because it's still not enough to make that job more attractive than LSU. That's the truth. And Ole Miss ego's are having trouble accepting that they are a stepping stone like they always have been and always will be.
They are just getting ahead of Kiffin's message bc it makes them look a little better to make Kiffin the bad guy and take focus off of them being left for a down LSU over their program being at its all time best to offer.
-
So you're saying they're all a bunch of hoes?
Also notice how they never "start a fight" but they start pretty much every fight.
-
My only question is when the shitheads make a movie about this, are they going to get Daniel Tosh to play Kiffin.
-
Imagine the pain of giving Kiffin everything in the world........ and he leaves for less money. Crazy part is their mindset will not change.
Great post. F them. Now is when Lebby and Co. need to pounce and take every thing they can in order to flip the script back to our side. Hit em when they are at their weakest.

And now Sumrall to Florida.
That leaves Arkansas and Ole Miss fighting for scraps.

Memphis coach already confirmed to Arkansas
-
Pete Golding may end up the HC by process of elimination.
-
I hope Lebby is texting Caleb Cunningham as we speak

Bet they end up with Durkin, which wouldn't be the worst hire to back in to

Confederates hire Golding before him.

I always thought Gruden or Dungy would crawl naked over broken glass to go there.

What about Kentucky for Sumrall? Somebody on this board said the reason we didn't hire Sumrall, a well established successful Head coach, was because he wouldn't rule our going to Kentucky if the job came open. Guess he doesn't feel that way if it's Florida.

Yeah those shit bags will never change. McCready acting like Golesh and Sumrall were waiting on the Kiffin news bc both wanted to be at Ole Miss. Then Kiffin leaves, and both Golesh and Sumrall chose AFTER the news to go to other SEC programs.
Ole Miss continues to be legends in their own minds. The story should not be Kiffin burning it down....the story should be Ole Miss ain't the "elite" program they claim to be.

Wouldn't it though? 12-17 (5-15) as a head coach and killed a player with his negligence?

Kentucky has made it known publicly that football is the redheaded stepchild of the university. Basketball gets the majority of the money. Sumrall soured on coming home to Momma after that.
And I don't blame him one bit.
