I think with a better gameday coach we could have 7 or 8 wins right now instead of 5.

He gets one more year. But he must hire a OC and a QB coach. Even more important is to hire an advisor who is a talent evaluator who can find us guys we can afford who can make differences. These type players are out there. One just beat the crap out of us.

Timing of this poll is not great since we just lost the Egg Bowl. But firing him now would be one of the dumbest moves in history. We wouldnt have been in the position to win those games without Lebby. We improved from Year 1 to Year 2. Thats all you can ask for. Now we will see if he makes the needed adjustments for Year 3.
