Yep, and we had two 5 star QBs on bench who couldn't get any snaps with struggles at QB and one showed he can get it done.

We could/should have won 8 games this year with just competent coaching.

Agree. Why would you put money to work when it looks like shit with stupid decisions. There are many mistakes from the HC, the D looks inept and out of position/in poor calls.

What is the plan to correct that and do so quickly?

Teams don?t have to wait for the fix any longer.
