Al Davis said he was a pathological liar .

He might stay at Ole Miss, but those saying this is orchestrated or planned are fooling themselves.

This is a major distraction that could hurt their chances of beating us Friday and making the playoff. The extension has been on his desk for months. All he has to do is sign it and poof, the distractions are gone. I think if OM were 7-3 and out of the playoff picture, it'd be a done deal. He wants to leave. But the perception of leaving a playoff team will be tough.

Will be interesting to see if the rumors affect their playoff standing or not when those come out today.

This is what some of the LSU people are using to factor into an early departure instead of waiting on Saturday. If the committee thinks he is leaving and dumps them down several spots Lane may go ahead and jump ship by Thursday.

We should do all parties involved a favor and just beat their ass on Friday. Then they're out of the playoffs, Lane can leave guilt free and we can go to a bowl game. It's really simple. I guess the only party that wouldn't be happy would be Ole Miss but… Who gives a 17?

Lame is coaching the EB and is also lobbying players to clamor for him to coach the playoffs after he accepts the LSU job.

And yes- LSU would let him coach the playoff game. He can recruit and build staff while getting ready for a playoff game. This is the era of Zoom, social media, and all the technology possible to do what's needed without leaving your office

And Saban fired him bc he was spending all his time preparing to be the head coach at FAU and not coaching his offense for a NC.

Locked On Ole Miss is already saying Lane is telling the top OM players to hit the portal once he leaves so they can join him at LSU.

That has to be a locker room issue with Lane telling some players but not others to transfer with him.

It's been really quite the past few days. I bet Kiffin and his team are locked in for egg bowl prep. Expect a beatdown and hope for the best.

If Kiffin is talking to certain players about transferring to LSU he is not that locked in.

If this is really happening, that's all Lebby needs to pull the upset. As bad as Lebby has screwed up in some games this year, if any of those teams weren't focused on beating us, we would have won those games. This gives hope.

Even if Kiffin isn't approaching players about transferring with him the players will still discuss it all among themselves. There are definite distractions on their side and we will find out Friday if those distractions are enough to help us pull off the upset.

Due to the circumstances I highly doubt Lane is as locked in on us as the Georgia game. Remember they hardly prepared for Wazzou and it almost was to their detriment.

We may not win but I think this is going to be a lot closer game than most think.

Lebby needs something vastly positive and this fits the bill. He better have the team ready.

Goes along with this which defines Kiffin:
Sociopathic narcissist traits include a grandiose sense of self-importance, a profound lack of empathy, and a high need for admiration and control.
These individuals are often manipulative, arrogant, and entitled, and they may disregard rules, laws, and the feelings of others. Other key traits include impulsivity, aggression, a tendency to exploit others, and a potential for sadism.

Was there a picture of Kiffin next to this definition wherever you found it?
