    Chris Jans!

Im calling him out again and dedicating a thread for him because its warranted. We are 2-3 in non conference with SMU, Utah and Georgia Tech still left in non conference play. We look terrible! I no longer want to hear anything about Jans being a defensive coach! So what! Im not impressed, we look horrible!. Thank God for Hubbard and Epps but hell, Epps was in the doghouse for whatever reason to start the season.

Let's just be honest, Jans success that he has had came from Howland's players!

Hey, I love a good melt down, and this start deserves it. With that said, he shouldn't even be on the hot seat for this abomination. He gets next year to fix it, and I think he will.

Jans success came from howland's players, and at the same time giving Jans no credit for Hubbard

Jans has met expectations 3-3 years and this looks to make it 3-4

Dont group Jans and Jackie into that category.

We didnt even have Hubbard! It took Hermit getting fired for us to get him but regardless, we got him so I wont put Hubb in this mix.. but other than him, who has Jans brought in and developed? Ill wait

Well its a fact that Jans lost the recruiting battle to Kermit. And that Hubbard would not be here if Kermit hadn?t gotten fired.

This is the first roster that is 100% Jans. And it?s not pretty.

So Hubbard came here and hadn't left, but we can't give Jans any credit for that.

I certainly don't want to see any Lebby supporters attacking Jans.

If Lebby was in year 4 and had made a bowl in each of the first 3 years, no one would be thinking about who the next coach will be right now. (And even that line isn't very generous to Jans, because I would argue that making the NIT is like making a lower level bowl, and an 8-4 type season is the equivalent of what Jans has done in his first 3 years).

Turns out that in the NIL era, guys dont want to play for a coach who is going to yell at them constantly and is nicknamed the Dentist due to style of play. Who could have guessed?

It only takes 8 players to be successful in bball. It takes about 30-45 to he successful in football. Great comparison though, but not surprising coming from you!

One has a 100% success rate so far, and 1 has a 0% rate so far. Hopefully, football gets a win to make it 50%. I would say the chance of football winning a home game and MBK making the ncaa tourney are equal right now though.

FWIW, MBK has 362 team competing for 68 spots while football has 136 teams competing for 94 spots (47 bowls)

Lemonis and Jackie aren't in any category with Croom or Ray.
One won our only national championship and one played in our only SEC championship game so they probably deserved more chances to "fix it".
Rockey is a Dawg so we cut him some slack which was a bad idea.

If we can discuss Lemonis, Croom, Ray, Sherill, and Felker in a thread about Jans, why is St. Lebby off limits?
