TXAM just gave MSU the blueprint
Kamario is closer to marcel reed than any other sec qb. credit to TXAM for benching the immobile 5 star last year to get Reed the exclusive full time starter to flourish. Just like I said last spring, Kamario should've been game 1 starter with shapen playing ~40% of the time the first few games and transitioning fully to kamario midseason. had kamario received 50% + the snaps the first several games, we easily beat AZ state and many of other losses that shapen limited us to.
we have two dynamic WRs like TXAM. we have two dynamic RBS like TXAM.
thanks shapen for all you did. you've taken us as far as you can, time to go kamario 100% forward.
Also, kamario didn't get one snap vs TXAM and we got blown out. had Kamario not played vs UGA we would not have scored vs UGA. it's really not hard.

Question for everyone. How's our team GPA? Maybe we get selected for a bowl game like years past win, lose , or tie.
-
KT would've gotten killed against TAM. We could've had Dak and JJ back there and with our line it wouldn't mattered. He was not ready at that time. He is more ready now and hopefully Leb has developed a GP around his freshman abilities.
-
I hate that it is a night game. Have we had any SEC night games this season? Kentucky has had two this season. I think AU has had two.
I hope Drink is more concerned about getting the Florida job and players are thinking about business decisions bc the playoff dream is over for them.
And we really need a 6th win.

the mizzou game atmosphere is very laid back compared to the original SEC schools. they kinda just walk up to the stadium and sit down for a spell and later just walk back home. Lebby needs to punch them in the mouth and be cautious on 4th down on offense and get us another road W.

I agree. They RS'ed Reed in 2023. This is his 3rd year in college

You've gotta be able to pass before your legs will matter. KT isn't there yet with his accuracy.

The passing will come with more live reps. That dude's heart may be beating at about 220 right now on the field. Those 3 Non-Conference games would have calmed him down.

So you have forgotten we defeated that other SEC powerhouse,*** Arkansas, with a minute to go after they gave us 197 yards in penalty yardage? Many on this site then went full bore maroon colored glasses that we would run the table of our remaining three games. We didn't show up on either side of the ball against GA, MO is a big question mark as they also run the ball very well and OM may name the score if we lose badly to MO. Hope I am wrong about the last two games.

Lebby has doubled down, "JOMO" style that he will always be aggressive to put pressure on the opposing defense. Around me in Section 4, young and old, male and female were yelling for him to kick the FG when we were down 10 to GA before the end of the half. Would we have won the game, probably not, but you could feel the air "leave the room" when Fluff dropped the pass in another questionable 4th down call. I think Lebby hates field goals.***

Or maybe he is cool as a cucumber and has the "IT" factor that we need again. Shapen gives all he has behind a bad OL (our portal addition$ for this group has been a fraud. Heck , Senior Boone and RS FR Lewis couldn't be beat out), and I know he missed about half the games last year. The fact is that he has one SEC victory in his time here and KT came off the bench to help get the Arkansas win.

Reed had a RS. I love KT and he is the future but we lose ASU if KT plays that game

We lost by 20. Lebby knew we had to get 6 to stay in it.

Absolutely. The Kamario of November is miles ahead the Kamario of August. It is just now starting to click with him on the college level.

I said that we would have probably lost the game, but for that moment we might have had a little more hope and possibly been down by only 7 if our woeful "D" could have gotten a stop before halftime, however doubtful.

agreed. I think Lebbo has done a good job of bringing KT along this year
Now I'm curious to see if Chicken Hawk sticks around or heads for the brighter pastures of G5

Yep and if Fluff caught an easy pass he probably gets the first down plus we run more time off the clock before the half. The gamechanger imo was GA getting away with an obvious offensive pass interference to convert 3rd and long early in the game that led to a score.

They would probably count Lebby?s Decision Making Grades against us in the GPA qualifying score.

Lebbo may not have a choice- Shapen is 50/50 Sat

Well that means that 1 is getting all the 1st team reps in practice this week. So it may very well be 1 on Sat night.
