MVB knew he was going to be a backup at LSU. I imagine KT doesn't see himself anywhere as a backup next year.

Then leave. He is making 6 figures playing spot duty QB. If he wants to be a little b**** about things then have fun somewhere else. Other programs will tell him the same exact damn thing. If he ducks from the competition then he is not someone I want as my QB anyways.

No you go out and make your team better. You build a new team each and every year. Lane Kiffin went and got Chambliss and look what happened. Simmons got slightly injured and Chambliss showed he was the better QB. You go make your team better. If it pisses someone off then so what. They can give that NIL check back. Feelings do not matter anymore.

I would make him QB1 after the season is over and get a backup out of the portal.
