Week 11 Prediction Thread- Hey Kirby, Keep Your Hands Off Our QB Edition

Last week got us what we so desperately needed, A WIN. I think we have a good shot this week. UGA has not played well on the road under Kirby the last 2 years. They are 4-2 with an average margin of victory of 7, and if you didn't include the 15 point win against Texas last year the margin would be REALLY LOW. I do think we're going to have to throw the ball, and throw it well. Their secondary is really leaky on the back end and I think we can exploit that. On defense, we have to make Gunner Stockton beat us. He's capable of doing it, see the Tennessee and OM games, but that's not what he likes to do. They want to run it with Bowens and Frazier and have quick hitters to Branch, Delp, and Luckie.

I started this post thinking I was going to pick UGA but I'm changing my pick. State 38-UGA 31

    Tiebreakers:

    Shapen Pass Yds-305

    Thompson Receptions-7

    Kamario TDs- 1

Lack of depth hurts us in the 4th Q but we cover another spread

I unfortunately think Shapen lack of athleticism and our leaky OL is too much to overcome. If KT was a sophomore I prob pick us but I think Kirby would give him fits as well with exotic coverage and pre snap movement with the LBs and DE. Dogs 38 Dawgs 21

Also want to add you are going to see some questionable offense calls that has this place in uproar. To win this game we will need to steal a possession, catch them sleeping on a trick play, call something nobody expects on critical third down. Just get ready for it, we will have some low IQ blow ups this weekend but Lebby know we cannot win playing a straight us vs them matchup.

Now that the conference has gotten rid of Ken Williamson we just might have a chance. Thanks for raising hell Aubies.

Offensive line somehow manages to block the guys in front of them. Shapen has the game of his life. Fluff and Booth run with their hair on fire. Evans has a point to prove. Thompson shows them what real speed is. Defense bends but doesn't break. Special teams win it with under a minute left. Lebby gets COTY.

Im leaving the GA Coast early in the AM tomorrow to make this game.

After going to the Worlds Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party last week, I can definitely say Bobo's offense is awful and their secondary is susceptible to the deep ball. Amazing for a team that just finds ways to win.

This team last year with how inept they were only lost in Athens by 10. This team is again miles better than they were last year. This team is home. This team is riding a lot of emotion after last week.

I believe Georgia is who they are. The only difference between us and them this year is they have closed their games out. Period.

We are home. That crowd will be rocking. It's early. I think we jump on them like we did ASU, and they just fight to climb out of the hole the whole game. I'm going 41-34 State.

I forget the year, but UGA came to town and there was a lot of optimism, and the crowd was fired up… And on the first play of the game, Georgia ran a flea flicker, scored a touchdown and took all the wind out of our sails. Let’s not have anything like that!

Is Reese defintely out? Why don't they just stop playing around and list him out for the season if they haven't already?

You may be thinking of 8 years ago in Athens. We went 3 and out on our first drive and they hit us with a flea flicker play 1

That had to have been it. I guess it took the wind out of my sails, not the crowd. Lolz
