2014 Auburn game or Texas A$M or 2017 LSU

Thank y'all for the stories. Auburn it is, don't know if we will touch it this week but if we win the next two. That Thanksgiving game is going to be absolutely bonkers.

I was too young to remember which game it was, I think it was against arky, we stormed the field, my brother got his hat signed by JJ Johnson. Great memories.

Edit: just remembered my Dad got a speeding ticket headed up there. We were living in Meridian at the time. I remember thinking "this cop isn't going to give us a ticket. He just asked if we were headed to the game and my Dad said yeah." He gave my Dad a ticket, I remember thinking he was probably an Pissville fan.

I still remember being in training in Jackson for my first job out of college and we had a basketball game at 6 in Starkville and we got out of training at 4:45. I think I went 75 on 16 and was 90 all the way on 25 from Carthage to Starkville. I pulled into Starkville on 2 wheels basically at about 5:55

The greatest atmosphere....and the greatest unis......The FIRST night game at Davis Wade.......Cold as H***......beautiful cloudless sky after morning rains.....northwest winds......back when you could park and party under the oak trees on university drive and the old rr track, KNOCKING OFF LSU after they beat Bama at bama..........it just did NOT GET ANY BETTER...

I was actually there for all 3. I was 16 in 2014. What a time. I would say 2014 Auburn -Game day was a blast. I will NEVER forget that stadium chant during 2014 AM though

Yep, I was there for that one also. We watched them put up the portable light systems from the front porch of the fraternity house.

For me, Jackie had some pretty memorable great atmosphere games. 1999 was the pinnacle of that IMO for his era. That's still MSU's best Egg Bowl win of all time. 1996 vs. Alabama was insane. I could feel the stadium shake when Alabama turned the ball over on downs at the end. 1992 Florida is top three as well and Florida 2000 was a pretty good atmosphere.

With Croom, 2007 Alabama and the 2007 Egg Bowl that year were both pretty good.

For Dan, I would say Florida 2009 was a really good atmosphere even though we lost. I'd have to say Auburn 2014 was the best atmosphere during Dan's tenure though. Probably won't get much argument there if I had to guess. LSU 2017? Definitely a really fun game if you are a MSU fan. Texas A&M 2014 was a good atmosphere as well.

The 14 AU game was electric everywhere, from the tailgate to the drive home it was great.

I received the news that we were #1 on my ride back home that Sunday. That was the best drive home ever.

2014 Auburn. The only thing missing was a night game. However, the year Dak came off the sidelines from the nerve injury to beat Ole Miss was just as good. My man Nikoe with the strip fumble caused a dynamite explosion.

2014 Auburn is the pinnacle.

But, 1992 Florida is still right up there. Being on Thursday Night with 2 Top 25 teams was unique then. Campus was electric all week. It was so big classes were cancelled.
And then we destroyed that prick Shane Matthews. DWS was LOUD (with hardly any cowbells). We partied through the weekend on that one.

I remember that one. It was wild. There aren?t any good Thursday matchups any more.

I preferred it on Thanksgiving. If you had to, you could have lunch with your family and be in Starkville by 4. We just always ended up having Thanksgiving at the condo, which my mother secretly preferred because it meant less cleanup.

Every other year we had our Thanksgiving meal at our tailgate. I thought it was awesome.
