We don't know how to win and we don't do little things right.

    1. We came out flat to start the game and literally gave them a TD.

    2. We went for it on 4th and 1 in our own territory and not only did we not convert- we have up another touchdown on a short field.

    3. We went too conservative too soon and guess what? That blew up in our face too. It got our offense completely out of rhythm.

    4. We didn't cover a punt.

    5. Almost forgot the roughing the passer penalty but that's been mentioned.

    6. Thompson flat out dropped a touchdown in overtime.

It's always little things like that and it's the same shit every week. And all of it goes back to Lebby. There clearly isn't enough attention to detail and it's frustrating.

This team is better than 4-4 but they have to make an effort to clean this shit up.

It's never just one play or one player. To characterize it as such is grossly unfair.

That?s not the only one tonight, it?s amazing how we never get the call or more importantly the no call.

I don't think we need an offense overhaul. Or let me clarify I don't think any of that will fix anything. He just can't coach. He's the football version of Chris Lemonis.

Nah man, it's over. No one worth a damn is coming here and winning games with the smallest NIL budget just because they try harder, or they are harder nose, or they can qb whisper...bullshit. This is a losing cause and a massive waste of money just to keep losing. I would feel more pride if we cut our losses and said the hell with it.

Nah screw #6, it?s not solely on him but he is the one that threw gasoline on the fire that was basically extinguished and there was no more water left to put it out. He?s getting paid, I?m holding him accountable. Every true State fan knew what was coming when that penalty occurred, we have all seen it happen so many times before. If we all felt it as fans you know the whole team and coaches felt it and they crumbled under the pressure. Lebby?s face said it all after the punt return

Think that pass was behind Thompson and thus was more on Shapen.

I agree with that completely. These games are great, but you gotta win some of them.

Exactly! It was another crappy pass by Moe, and Curly, Schemp and Larry couldn?t block air in the 4th qtr. instead of us wearing their defense down, we let them up off the mat and they got their second wind in qtr 4 and stomped the shit out of our fat ass linemen!

Yep. The sample size is large enough now.

Just watched that play not live. What a gift from the SEC. Just terrible.

Agree. It was not the only stupid mistake, but it WAS the turning point. We crapped the bed on everything after that play. We had our foot on their throat at that moment but that play took it off and reached down with our hand and helped them get up! We would have had the ball in their territory with a great opportunity to go for the kill shot. Any score right there probably would have made them fold the tent and start packing.

Amen Bdawg. #6 dumbass play was the turning point in the game that gave TX new life and a lot of momentum. As far as I'm concerned, he caused us to loose the game. And what's bad is, he got paid to do it.
