I know NIL makes everything impossible to read.....but assuming om makes the playoff but not the Championship this year......how does om schedule look next three years?? They don’t play this year either Tx school, Tenn, Vandy, Bama or ‘Auburn, What is their schedule looking like the next three years if he stays??

I get what you're saying about other life factors mattering more though.
No homeowner tax will be voted on next year. That's another big time saving when you talk about how much his house is likely to cost.

I said this a couple weeks back. He’s on the market and the price tag is around $15 mil. This is what I originally heard UF was willing to go to.

This is their 1998 schedule for us (we had Vandy, KY, and USCe from the east). This is their shot. It will never get easier than this.
They draw 5 of the bottom 6 teams (KY, Ark, State, Florida, USCe) and LSU is down and may finish in the bottom 6.

2026 - the sharts have MSU, LSU, oklahoma, aubie, UGA, Mizzzou, gators , vandy and texsa. 2027- MSU, LSU, oklahoma, Bama, kentucky, USCe, hogs, Tenn and A&M

Lane had his chance on SEC Nation to end the rumors but he gave a non answer.

Yeah. He's most likely gone this time. Or he's driving the price up on ole miss considerably.

Just read an article about Sark being interested in the Titans job. Could yall imagine Texas, UF, Auburn, and LSU opening up?

If Shane goes to VT I think SC takes a chance on Jimbo. They will not get a top tier coach.

Mullen getting a new job this year. Too many openings if these things happen.

Maybe just me but Shane does not get the South Carolina job without his last name. He is definitely the version of a CEO coach. Now getting another landing spot before being fired, because of his name.

Then he should have signed the new deal Carter put on the table and made it known he?s staying.
Kiffin is the belle of the ball this season. Other shoes are going to drop. LSU and Texas may come open too.

If this game changed it, he wasn’t going anyways. He will leave if he wants to.

He would burn the grove down walking out the door to lsu or Texas. Those are the 2 I'd be worried about if I were an OM fan. I don't think sark gets the nfl job and I think lsu fires Kelly next year, so lane stays... this year.

Agreed. If he can get Ole Miss to the playoffs, why would he leave?

The more they win (and they'll be favored in the remainder of their games) then the more I think he stays because they'll be a high seed in the playoffs and could make a deep run.
