If he ever wants to win a natty, UF is clearly the better option.

Giants fire Daboll at end of year and hire Lane to reunite with Dart. Lane is not going to Florida.

    Florida fits Kiffin.
Man if he leaves ole miss, he definitely guts that team or at least several will disperse to the NIL market.

Florida is going nuts being mediocre. They will pay whatever
Lame and his hot-ass ex-wife Layla- are now on let's say- better terms and may even have reunited.
For those that dont know- Layla Kiffen is the daughter of famous Florida QB John Reaves. She is in his ear about leading Daddy's team back to glory

Lame gonna come full circle and bring Layla and his clan back to Florida and coach the Gators. They will give him a great contract and the money to build a roster. He will also poach the roster he built there to come to Fla

This is his last ride in Grenada Without The Lake
Careful. You have more than a few on here that will FIGHT you saying that Lane would leave the cultural and entertainment Mecca that is Oxford.

Kiffin is the only sure thing who's linked to that job. Everyone else is an unknown and they can't afford anymore unknowns.

Coach, if okie can somehow beat the velvet ditch kids, would that be enough to keep them out of the playoffs? I looked at last years stats for the EB, I didn’t realize the worst DOG team in memory had three turnovers and a horrible 3rd down percentage but Actually kept Dart offense under 400 yds. I’m just thinking maybe it will be the Dogs time IF.....Lebby can hold the team together and don’t have any serious injuries.....Any ideas ...I know it’s early.

To insure Mississippi wont make the playoff- they have to have 3 losses. So they need to lose Sat and in the Egg

Yeah, we better hope it doesn't come down to us as the stop sign. Better chance to keep them out is Oklahoma take their spot and win out

The Egg Bowl should be a 1990's style war this year

I just don't see how we can keep up scoring. Maybe it's cold and wet to slow them down

If OM loses this week, their SOS could really hurt them getting in the playoffs

We play defense now. We have a solid chance at home

We're giving up 31.7 per game in conf (13th). They're avg 32.5 per game in conf (4th).

Ark and OM are horrible matchups for us. Texas is a decent matchup, so if we want an sec win, we better cash in Saturday

We have played the #1 and #6 teams in the SEC on offense so far plus Ariona St. We are not bad on D. Pretty solid

I used conf only stats. We're 13th in scoring and 15th in total D. We haven't been solid. Ark and OM are 2nd and 4th in scoring, so expect similar results

of course you did. We arent even at the halfway point of the SEC. SEC stats are skewed BS at this point

I guess it would depend on how much they take SOS into account. And also how you "looked" in those games. Like if Alabama and Texas A&M have better records in conference play I don't see how you wouldn't put them in over Ole Miss in the pecking order.

I think we're beating them. Our records should be the same right now and our schedule has been brutal.

This. There might be a log-jam of 10-2 SEC fans, and if there is, OMs schedule won't look great.

does this take into account the two defensive scores tennessee had? or the fact that they got over 40 pts due to OT?

i'm legitimately asking because if it does not then those numbers aren't accurate based solely on points allowed. i've been frustrated with our defense at time but overall they have played well enough for us to have two more wins.
