Projecting much? I didn't say what we should do. I explicitly said I don't envy the people who have to make these decisions, because there aren't any easy or good ones to be made right now. And most importantly, I said it hinges on whether or not Lebby can find a way to win 1-2 of Texas, Arkansas and OM. If he gets a conference win, it's a moot point. We'll know if there's a decision to be made at all two weeks from now, because we'll either haven't beaten one of the two worst teams left on our schedule or we're staring 0-for the SEC in the face again.

Even if we go 0-8 I'm not for firing lebby if the next 5 sans one are competitive like TN and Fla, which I think they will be.
That would still be tremendous improvement from 2024.
But I do agree a win would do wonders for our fanbase. It's time to get one.

Just a few months ago you insisted that we probably weren't going to fire Lemonis, and if we did, it would absolutely be at the end of the season, not during the season. And after you were wrong about those, you insisted we wouldn't hire Brian O'Connor.

Yes it was. I don't understand why there can't be a review of a scoring play? That was the game right there.

It was so bad, the ref wasn't even standing in line with the goal post and looked to the other ref to see what he thought then he made the homecooking call - no good. This must be fixed and I'd like to hear from Selmon questioning the SEC office about it.

Arkansas in Fayettenam is a killer. I really think we'd beat them in Starkville. We'll know what discussions are valid in two weeks, because we'll either have a conference win or be firmly on course for another 0-fer. But that play at the end was one of the dumbest calls I've ever seen in my life and greatly shaken my belief in the supposed offensive genius of Lebby. If Ferrie missed the FG to win, it would've sucked, but that's football. But not even having the chance to win it because you threw the ball when a complete moron knows you should just RTGDF is inexcusable. That's the kind of thing that loses a locker room.

But as I said, we shouldn't have been in the position of needing a last second FG to win it. The Baylor Fraud overthrew 2 easy TDs to Thompson. He should've had to walk home.

The objective analytics said we were more likely to win the game by passing instead of running.
So while I disagree with the call, there is an argument to be made in support of calling a pass play.
Especially when we have missed the two biggest kicks of the season vs TN and Fla.
