You won't even get one of those guys if you fire the guy you just got and has improved things this much in a 1 1/2 years. I don't understand it.
We fired Joe and Arnett bc it was blatantly obvious they could not do the job. There were rumors of the team quitting on them and fights in the locker room. Both coaches showed a severe lack of understanding of what it took to win in this league.
You DO NOT see that with Jeff Lebby. Firing him after year two would be a disaster for this program.
And, btw, Joe is rumored to be fired at Akron soon.
