Where was the new Rule on Flopping after an Injury?
TN linemen flopped after plays on offense, defense and even special teams , PAT, and every player finally eventually walked off under his own power with no effect of the "injury". It happened with a "D" player when we were running fast paced and moving the ball. the 8 TN fans behind me in Section 4, (separate thread on that), wer joking it was the same players all the time and they did it often and always returned to play later. I asked them if these were OM transfers but there was little humor really in this situation. BTW, officiating looked like we were playing a ranked bama them. Missed horse collar on our TE was terrible.

While some injuries may have been faked, I didn?t see any instances on either team that violated the rule. To be a violation, you have to go down after the ball is spotted for play.

The rule is weak. It's already being coached around. I'm pretty sure a couple times TN defensive players were falling on queue if they gave up 7-8+ yards

I agree the rule is weak. You can still fake an injury prior to the ball being spotted and it is not a violation. But I did not see a single instance where the referees made a mistake on the injury rule for either team. The rule is what it is.

Yep, always was after the entire Dline was grabbing hips and gasping for air, then miraculously one goes down.

JWS was there. He should have reminded us that you have to be ready to beat the opposing team and the SEC refs in every game.
