As a student - '92 Florida. That game was huge, and being the Thursday Night ESPN game was the equivalent of having game day at the time.

As an alum - '14 Auburn and nothing is close. Best part was I had a great MSU friend who was here on the coast on assignment at FLETC. By the end of the A&M game we had tickets for Auburn and our 10 hour road trip and impromptu group reunion planned.

The year the ?DOGS? beat the #4 LSU Tigahs in the first night game at Stark. A brutal cold front blew through about lunch followed by crystal blue skies and wind.....John Bond and company kicked a fg to win. The coldest my feet have ever been at a game and maybe the finest display of option football I ever saw. When Sherrill and D Miller beat Eli his sophomore year was outstanding also.

1998 at Mississippi winning the West. Their fans wouldnt even say shit on the way to the car like they normally did
2014 Auburn- Magical day. Also my sons first game at Scott Field
1980 State vs Bama- didnt totally understand the impact of it at the time being young but my Dad continued to tell me "State just dont beat Bama" the whole 2nd half kinda let me in on it.
1997 over Bama in Tuscaloosa- Bama fans were losing their minds as JJ ran over their ass that day.
1991 Texas- We were already excited with Jackie becoming HC- and then he beat a Blue Blood his 1st season. So much hope and optimism that day

Same, with the Egg Bowl where Dak came off the bench to win it (2013?) being second.

    My top 3:
    1. 2014 vs. Auburn (Put us at #1)
    2. 1998 vs. Arkansas (Set us up to win the SECW)
    3. 1999 Egg Bowl (CJ Sirmones is still open at the 15!)

Those are way at the top but some other good ones in no particular order:
    1994 vs. Tennessee
    1991 vs. Texas
    2013 Egg Bowl
    1999 vs. LSU
    1999 vs. KY
    2014 vs. TA&M
    2000 vs. Florida

Texas was soooo damn hot, I was too drained to be excited. The opening of the '91 season was a blast. Cal State Fullerton/Texas/Tulane - two blowouts and a huge upset. My first month in Starkville was one long party

It was brutally hot. Then it rained in the 4th quarter and we got rowdy.

I feel like that Texas game is when MSU fans changed. We started believing we were gonna win every time we stepped on the field.

Just a shame he didn’t buckle down and lock in to be our coach. How great could it have been if he didn’t start job shopping and just totally focused on us and stayed the course.

This is a hard question because I have so many choices- thankfully.

My personal favorite Davis Wade memory though is the 1999 Egg Bowl. That was my senior year and my last game at Davis Wade as a student and that game was completely epic. It felt like every play was a big play. For MSU to win and to win the way that they did was truly incredible. Tearing down the goalposts after that game was very memorable and honestly that is the best Egg Bowl I have ever seen in my life in terms of excitement. It was Thanksgiving and nothing was open except for the Waffle House and it was fun because several players made appearances after the game. LOL. Everyone was really happy and for me I had to listen every year about the damn wind blowing our game winning field goal back through the uprights and MSU for years up until that time never really had a signature moment game until that game for years. Since then we have the Piss and Miss and Bo Wallace fumbling while Dak came off the bench in 2013 that qualify as special too- but we really didn't have that until 1999.

As far as road win memory I was in Baton Rouge in 2014 and to me, having been there was even better than Auburn a couple of weeks later. LSU is probably the road stadium I have been to the most and the first time I ever saw a game there was 1998 and we lost like 41-7 or something like that. Most of the other games were similar outcomes or worse. But that night I think my friends and I felt like we had more of a chance than usual but I think we were all too afraid to say something because we were worried about jinxing the team. I remember some LSU fan came up to me and said "How are you going to beat us?" and I told him to go in there and find out. My friends were like "shut up Todd!" LOL. But the whole game we would do something good and we would be like "There is a lot of game left." But after we almost blew it and I saw Tavese Calhoun running around like crazy the party in the MSU section was awesome! It was pretty awesome to watch the LSU fans streaming out of the game before the 4th quarter at night in LSU. The funny thing was all the MSU people were celebrating and LSU literally turned out the lights in the entire stadium and there was this sheriff on the field with a bullhorn who made an announcement like "The game is over you have to go home now." LOL. This was maybe 20 minutes after the game ended.

The best bowl memory I have was 2010 against Michigan. Just watching MSU beat the ever living tar out of Michigan was incredible and memorable. And I got seats on the 50 yard line. So it was mostly bowl sponser type people but there were a few MSU fans there too in that section and we were all living it up and having the time of our life. It seemed like our bad plays went for 10 yards. The 1999 Peach Bowl was really good too. I had never seen MSU win a bowl game before until then. And I had also never seen MSU have a season like 1999 before- I don't think I really have since to be honest although 2014 was obviously close. So, it was pretty special to see MSU finish the deal. Clemson's game plan of picking on Josh Morgan was probably not the way to go. LOL. I think he killed two of their receivers. Ironically Rich Rodriguez was involved in both bowl games and the Piss and Miss.

Oh- and my friend got some last minute tickets to MSU/LSU 2020. To be there for that was pretty wild watching us set a SEC record for passing yards in a game. I think the only MSU people there were the player's parents girlfriends, and me and my friend.

I was not there. I was at work at the grocery store bagging groceries but it was playing over the store radio and I heard the call.

Did you did hear that Bear Bryant killed his wife? Yep, he rolled over in the night and asked her what time it was and she said 6 to 3.

2007 dramatic take down of Saban's Bama was awesome. Crooms best season:

2008 when Dixon and Relf absolutely bitch slapped Houston Nutts rebels. +300 Rush Yards as a team.
