Didn't they lose a lot up front?

Vol fans that I know are very worried. Auburn has a coach on the hot seat today.

supposedly they are supposed to be good in the trenches and they feel like their QB will be no worse than the guy they had last year. Thats why they let him walk
Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

This. It?s our ?big? boosters that are the *****s

I think we beat USM but it won't be by more than 7-10. Going to be harder than any of us want but it is game 1, on road, new team, etc. ASU is the litmus test.
Yep lose game 1 and we are only winning 2 games in 25.

41-17. We have an actual SEC roster this year and it will show against a G5 roster. They will be fired up early, but it will not matter. The two headed monster we have in the backfield will gas them early and then Shapen, Evans, Thompson, Johnson, and Williams will land the kill shots.

This is what I'm thinking/hoping. Our run game plus Shapen should put up a lot of points against them. Our defense?????? Lord knows.

This is not some juggernaut offense. They struggled against P5 defenses. Now if this was last year, I would be very concerned. But we have an actual P5 defense now.

If Lebby loses to USM he will really need to win some SEC games or he might be fired after another 2-10. I know he is supposed to get 3 years, but 2-10 both years I think would sink him

I think we are probably that much better than them but being first game and not really a smooth operating team, I am leaning back to a closer win. But hey if we have a great fall camp, we could be a bad day for USM. ASU is the early test.

If our D is improved as we've all heard, then I think the O gets better too. We got a punchers chance at 6.

Improved is a low bar. We're an actual P5 defense now. So I think we can be top 80 in defense. And I know that's not great, but it's a hell of an improvement.

Leavitt is the preseason player of the year in the Big 12, and ASU has the highest over/under win total in the Big 12. That will be a massive test.

Funny part is last year when we played them Leavitt ran well but looked terrible throwing the ball. Was very off target .most of the time. They basically just ran over us.
