LSU doing the right thing. Yeah right.

LSU people don't have scruples about this, they just snagged an MSU starting QB with 3 years of eligibility. They would put their own kids on OnlyFans to pay for Ace Reece. Then let people know they did it.
I wonder if a mid QB costs more than an All American 3B-man.

LSU and respect are two terms not exactly synonymous with each other.

Really they are number 3 behind Notre Dame and OM

Just remember that LSU booster embezzled money from a Children Hospital. You cannot get much lower than that.

Yea but now they have Todd fully committed and bought in so they don't have to do that anymore.

Wisconsin is suing Miami for tampering so it's already started..........

Was anything ever done about this legally or by the toothless NCAA, which is one of the reasons for this NIL/Portal mess due to their greed vs reasonable compensation for the players?

But it was the Feds who got them. The NCAA weaseled out and did nothing. Meanwhile those Buckeye players got slammed for selling their mementoes.

Btw. I read where Ace signed a deal with us before the House Committee signed a “bill” which involves revenue sharing and things I don’t have a clue about bor do I care. But I’m thinking he did this for a reason which involves money savings. But as we know cheaters will cheat especially Corn Dog lovers.
I feel he stays committed but I suppose I’m hoping. I’m old school where you honor a deal.

Then I'm glad he doesn't think like that because he'd still be at Houston.

Yep, my understanding as well. Signed to beat the house settlement. Any NIL deal now has to get approved by this 3rd party committee. Really makes no sense for him to leave us now.

If he leaves it’s not about money

The rush to get deals done before the settlement deadline was all about more money, true pay for play while still ? legal ?. Non of that money was under any scrutiny at all. Like that matters to LSUX.
