I hate to say it, but if Chance comes back, he?s going to have to fight for a spot on the field. If we are able to get Teel and Ford, it?s going to be tough for Chance to play with them and Nunnallee around. It?s a good problem to have.

He won?t play. He?ll be a pinch hitter. Need to move on.

If this goes the way I think it will, Chance is in a tuff spot.

Probably depends a lot on what happens with Ford. He isn't on the same planet as Ford but at least he is a solid player that can be productive.

I agree, remember a few bashing him a couple years ago. I like him and he is much improved. I wish him well and the best. He had a solid year.

My guess is Ford commits to Tennessee and then promptly signs pro.

Loved chance’s low k rate. He gets his money out of every at bat. True dawg. I think it would hurt him to transfer because he loves the maroon and white that much. And he held down center field. If he leaves cause he doesn’t have a spot, I will be following him very closely and cheering him on. I got a feeling in my gut he will be back and hold down a corner outfield spot.

Beans coming back depends on the draft. Nobody is drafting him with that terrible arm. Frei is going to be the one to watch. We soooooo want him to return. If he does- he will start. We will also add quality OF'ers that are really OF'ers to our team.

I dont think Sullly gets drafted but it is possible. I would fire my scouts if they convinced me to draft Beans

Leave it to you to tear down a kid who busts his ass for this program every damn year. We know his arm is limited, but leave the kid alone. Think of your own son when posting nonsense

I'm sorry the truth bothers you Sir. I just seem to have a problem with it. Just like when I say Little 34 is limited offensively in basketball but a plus defender and Little Wool throws gas but cant locate in baseball. Both my kids bust their ass too but the truth is the truth

Bryce (Brian?) Chance has turned into a really good college player, and that is what he is. A really good college player. Would love to have him back.

I called him Trout because of the way people built him up relative to what he really was.

However, he is somehow nicknamed Beans. Which to me- is actually funnier than Trout. So Beans he is

We need a nickname index stickied at the top of the board.

Though kid that gets more out of his ability than most, love that kind of kid, but what other roster outside of Mizzu or USC east does he make? This is a business now.

I think he?s got good baseball IQ. Yes his arm is weak, but he?s a proven SEC ball player that has been a solid contributor. Every team needs that kind of leadership.

If he wants to remain a Bulldog- I'm 100% for it. His Dad is a great Dude and a Dawg and he has been as well. But he is easily replaced if BOC does his job. One thing that could help is if Frei gets drafted and bolts. Thats the wild card
