<chuckle> Gotta love the Ol' Ball Coach. He's a hoot. Crazy that he's eighty years old now.

They actually put 20 on us and beat us 20-10. We put 13 and then 8 on them to win the regional.

Memory is bad in my old age. I just remember teams that scored 8 and 10 losing in games we played. Thanks for the gut check.
11 runs tonight.

I can’t imagine any competitive individual thinking that way, in any profession. I will give maximum effort at my job until my last minute. I would hope these coaches would do the same. If they don’t, then they were part of the problem along. When you are getting paid, and you are competitive, you give the effort. I would be disgusted at any grown man, in any profession, having that attitude. But I’ve seen it happen in the business world, and I don’t think much of those folks.

Parker and Goat are about to become big stars for any job if they can snag this regional. They are erasing any association with Lemons failures and writing their own story of the season. They are more invested in these results than anyone.
Parker is a Midwestern guy, he can walk into any big 10 HC job with his resume.
