Told by someone I trust from Virginia's baseball program that BOC will be headed to Starkville. They aren't sure if he's bringing his staff with him.

All but his pitching coach will be coming if reports are accurate. That's either likely to be Muscara or Parker.

I'm going to wait until the ink is dry but O'Connor + Muscara would be the best coaching staff in the country.

Well, I mean history has supported his line of thinking. There are a whole lot of posters on here that said we were fooling ourselves that someone of BOC pedigree would come to MSU. I’ll gladly eat crow if this happens, but we had our man before lemon too, so color me jaded.

I gladly offer my apology to everyone for having a thread saying it.
My reasoning was only to tone down the lofty expectations until it happened, so we would give whoever was hired the best support and not a meltdown.
Money talks, and a big thanks to those that opened their wallets on this one.

if you throw enough shitt against a wall, some will stick. Lol. My friend at UVA athletics may be coming as well. just support staff/media relations but they have room for him apparently.

I fully expect a statement from BOC this evening talking about his commitment to UV. Then we hire Fitz and the fanbase will be underwhelmed. Deserving or not.
