I don?t want anyone on this staff to be our HC. Those guys need to go somewhere else to be a HC. Stick with the plan and the candidates that we want to interview regardless of what this team does moving forward. A team getting hot at the right time doesn?t mean you should feel obligated to give Parker a shot. Gameplan?.hire a P4 HC and go the professional route as far as running the program.

2 weeks ago, did you think this team could make a super? I didn't. No one did. If Parker pulls it off, like it or hate it, he will be the man. I think it will be lazy, but our AD isn't a baseball guy and it will make the decision easy.
I think it's moot though bc I still very much doubt their do it. Super or bust for Parker...

What happens from here out has no bearing on the next hire. This going forward will be handled by professionals. The situation has changed in collegiate athletics, it’s pro ball now. You guys need to think with your head and not your hearts.

We're not going to run our baseball program like Kosciousko High School anymore.
And the precendent has been set by not retaining Gary Henderson.
