Obviously we aren't as good as we hoped, and not as good as #2 in the country, and that's legitimately disappointing, but we're still a top 30 or so team. We aren't going to come in 14th in the SEC, period. People get way too hung up on single baseball games. That's just not how baseball works.
We have no Sunday starter. If we don't win on Fridays, we lose series. That is why this game tonight is extremely important. That is who we are. We had been retired in order five out of eight innings. That is just putrid at the plate.
