Did history start in 2024?
13-17 SEC teams get in more often than not, but you only have to look at 2022, 2021, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2012, 2011, or 2010 to find SEC teams that were 13-17 (or better!) who didn't get picked. I didn't go further back than that...
