Im sure Lemonis is a great guy, great father and in the right situations he can succeed. When he has generational talent and leaders. But he needs to go, and he needs to go Monday. We have wasted enough time. I honestly believe if you do it now you have a better chance to spark the team. And if not, who cares we are already 1-8. Lemonis cannot sell anything to recruits right now that he can win
