Parker twins from Purvis baseball
I have seen multiple lists where both of them are rated in the top 50 h.s. mlb prospects. Should we worry about losing them? Of course the coaching situation will look like no telling what so there is that as well.

MLB will want our staff to develop them first. Fielding, base running and hitting to the opposite field against the shift, also being a good defensive catcher and grooving a strike on a 2-0 count.!*****

I would expect Harmon and Jojo Parker to sign. Jacob Parker is probably 50-50.

Yes.
Only other draft possibility is Grindlinger but good chance he chooses school.

Oooh, sarcasm detected... lolololololol

So, Harmon and Jo Jo are expected to be in the first 100 picks selected?

Yes. Baseball America has Harmon 47, Jojo 56.

I wouldn't go with their rankings. Go with MLB.com when their draft stuff comes out.

Also, it's important to remember those aren't mock drafts they're just a ranking.

I agree. Baseball America rankings suck. But those 2 are top 100 in multiple rankings. Just depends on their asking price.

I think we get both Parker's.more concerened w grindlinger than them. Harmon is going to be interesting to watch. Could go either way. Just depends on how much he wants.

Yeah, The folks i know down this way are pretty sure the Parker's will wind up on campus, Harmon is about 50/50.

Harmon probably should to go to school.
If he adds some weight and develops he could be a surefire first round pick.
Him being a RHP is in our favor as far as the draft goes.

It depends too on whether you are looking at a list that is top 100 draft prospects or top 100 high school prospects.
If you are in the 40's and 50's on a high school only list that means you are likely a 2-3rd round pick because at least half of the first round will be college players and it pushes the high school guys down.
I think we'll have a better idea of where they might be projected in a month or so. Or maybe less.

Tanner Beliveau and Maddox Miller have had good years as well. Maddox I think would be getting a lot of the same hype if he had been 100% last year.

I know Maddox very well. My son played for Matt(Maddox dad) for 3 years on the showcase circuit when he was in high school. Maddox only downside right now is he's extremely skinny and his body needs to mature to take the wear and tear of sec baseball. He knows how to pitch and he's a lefty with good movement but may need a year for his body to catch up.

Lemons loses 13th rounders, so 1st rounders are probably not ever playing for MSU

I would imagine education is important as far as the Parkers go. Unless I have my Parkers mixed up, the Dad is a lawyer and the Mom is a physical therapist.
