Also the switch to Zone for the second quarter was genius from Purcell. 33-4 is insane. Yes Aubie is the bottom half of the SEC and pretty much a basement dweller. But this was an out coaching game more than a talent deficit game.

Love Johnnie but this is year 4 and they look the same as year 2, maybe worse.

Johnnie was an awesome assistant for us and did so much good here. But she has proven she is not a top notch head coach.

Johnnie took over a program that was 5-19 in conference and has since gone 10-18, 16-15, 20-12 and 10-9 this season. She continues to improve.

This might be sarcasm but Purcell is past the proving stage. This is year 3 for him. Imo, Purcell is a good recruiter but a mid coach. Auburn is the worst team in the SEC but you will take a win whenever you can.

She has pumped some life into that program, they were horrible before she got there. No, she isn't a top SEC Coach but they are a better program, hell they beat us 77-60 last season.

I agree, and I actually like the guy but he needs to prove more from a coaching standpoint. Our best win of the season is against #10 Oklahoma, then probably Utah, outside of those two wins we really don't have impressive wins. We are currently projected as an 8 seed so we are sitting OK as long as we don't drop any games we should win, but to comfortably get in we need a couple of resume building wins. We have LSU, Bama, Vandy, A&M and Texas left (along with some others we should win), it would help to beat a couple of those type teams.

our team--needs to learn to take care of the ball. way to many turnovers. They need to let the shooters be the one taking the shots. Powe needs to shoot more--they will not set Her up. 15 is great--teach her to quit with silly fouls -she needs to be on the court. if they play a zone then 15 and Montague need to both play together.
