Glad to get the win but we got lots of issues to clean up.
Hubbard, a point guard, guarding 3, etc.
We had great passing and movement early in year but we've lost it now. Hub needs coaching and counseling.,
Kugel, RJ, Cam and Murphy must be on the floor as much as possible. Harris, Hub, Jones, Nwoko for the rest.

That was ALMOST the most Mississippi State thing ever. Whew. The Hump was as electric as I've ever experienced! I'm exhausted. I need a drink.

They were too tired to celebrate. Thankful they pulled it out.

I know Kugel can be up and down but Jans is going to have to let him play through mistakes because he is our best Offensive option. Hubbard just doesn't have it right now

Not sure this team has the nuts nor offensive ability to make a run in the tourney but that was an awesome game. Shouldve been a loss just so Jans would have to make some changes. I hope he never goes full retard again.

Kugel is one of the most talented guys in the league. We have to live with the occasional bad shot.
Here's a combo I would like to see: Harris, Kugel, RJ, Cam, Murphy.

It is not a slump anymore. This is who Hubbard is now. He is holding this team back. The roster was constructed around him being a guy who can get a bucket whenever. He is not able to get shots off anymore. Too small.

Is Clary really hurt? Why is his status so secretive? What is going on with him really?

Very true, in some games Jans would get pissed at him and make him sit but Jans needs to give Kugel the same leash he gives Hubbard.
Yes, that's currently our best 5 and should see the bulk of minutes

Yep. Last 12+ minutes he took 2 weak ass shots in the paint and missed both. And he doesn’t even distribute the ball on the offensive end. We are getting absolutely NOTHING from whatever the hell position he is playing.

At this point I think it's safe to say he is not hurt. Guy had issues at PSU so it wouldn't surprise me if there is something similar going on.

I can't argue with you because Hubbard hasn't shown me anything as of late to say you are wrong. But I still think he will get out of this slump, he is too good of a shooter to not, but I could be wrong.

Hubbard was ok playing the PG in spots but playing it f/t is obviously affecting his game. I'm guessing he isn't happy playing it f/t either. Warren isn't the answer and I think it's safe to say Clary won't be back. It's an issue for sure and unfortunately there aren't any answers. Harris is not a great ball handler either.

If Hubbard wants to play professionally he has to be ok playing PG, he doesn't have a choice because of his sizs.

Just got in from The Hump. It was a great atmosphere and great win. If we didn't get Kugel back we lose that game. Also, Murphy had some boneheaded stuff early and I questioned Jan's sticking with him so long but it paid off.

We aren?t winning at Tenn so have to move forward and beat one of Mizzou/Bama at home. The last 4 games is where we need to sweep to get a good seed

I don't think Hubbard will ever play in the NBA full time. He is like Daryl Wilson in that he can be a really good college player but is too undersized for the NBA. Doesn't mean he can't make a lot of money playing overseas though.

Hubb can make a lot of money playing college the next 2 years and he will. then he can have a good life overseas. also comes from a good family that has money. Everyone needs to stay positive on Hubb. He is a big key to the season. But this is Cam's team and Kugel is the true wild card.
