I think Pollack had a chance to be a draft pick. I'm not saying a first rounder or anything, but the kid had talent and he was performing well, even without our DL getting pressure. I think we have improved a lot on defense, but corner is not one of those spots, at least on paper. Maybe the Lewis kid blows up. No clue. We need two corners from P4 programs to hit the portal and we need them both. If the goal is to get to 6 wins, we need two solid corners from the portal. Just my opinion.
It's deeper for sure but starters aren't what we need. When Jones is the top guy and he struggled, then you get a Keennesaw and NAIA guy? That's pretty rough and easily the worst looking CB room in the SEC. We signed bodies.
