That is too much. If this was Dillon Gabriel last year then I would have no problem with that offer. But there is a line we cannot go past with Arnold. We are probably pretty close to it at 1.5 for two years. I would go 2 for 2 but no higher. And I am not comfortable going 2 for 2 but if that is what it takes I think we would swallow it and cut the check.
This is not the time to be discount shopping. We need a QB. And Arnold knows Lebby, the system, and the SEC. Plus he may help us land Oklahoma's Center and talented WR. We were 2-10 and trust me apathy is setting in. We have to show commitment here.
